Hey Friend:

In seven years, I’ve created and scaled a company, built and grown my own team, motivated hundreds of others, spoken onstage with former Presidents, and coerced over 28,000 people to chicken dance.
What I didn’t mention in this highlight reel is that I also took a completely in person business completely virtual in a matter of weeks during the pandemic. I knew we had created something special here, so in true improv fashion I saw what could have been a HUGE failure, a ginormous opportunity for growth and expansion.
I didn’t run when the world turned upside down. I didn’t hide when I knew that our business would never be the same, and the working world as we know it would forever be different. In fact, I stood firm in our beliefs - knowing that we had something to offer it - laughter, levity and positivity mixed with play, improv and experiential learning.
Then, I did something that improv really taught me to do. I listened. I listened to figure out exactly what YOU needed, and created virtual offerings that would help you lead through these difficult times, expand yourself as a leader, and as human being. After two years of virtual work, I know it is time to create our own little corner of the world where we can let go and fully surrender to being our truest, most authentic selves at work and in life. A place that is safe, that embraces thinking outside of the box, and pushes the limits of comfort zones to get you to be the best YOU yet.
