Episode 237: Ready to Age Ambitiously and Holler at Your Dreams? Judi Holler Tells Us How

What were you doing when you were eight years old? What were you like? What did you like?

These are the questions keynote speaker, author, and entrepreneur Judi Holler asked herself when she found herself leaning her life ladder on the wrong house.

In her conversation with Erin, Judi explains how she operates from a place of mindfulness (and why you may be missing out), what it means to not only refine your voice as an artist but to trust it, and a foolproof strategy for coming home to yourself.

If you’re looking for a soul kick in the booty to get you moving in the right direction, not just the one that you feel like you should be going in – this is the episode for you.

Special sprinkles on top of this episode: sequin jackets and disco ball workshops

Episode 237 Transcription

Erin Diehl (00:01.745)

Okay, improve at papes. Like, y 'all aren't ready. I'm not ready. We have the one, the only Judy Holler in the studio today!

HOLLA (00:15.95)

I feel like we just need to start off with a big ol' holla!

Erin Diehl (00:19.601)

Ah, oh my God, I'm so freaking excited to chat with you. You were on the show back when it was the failed it podcast. A lot has changed. A lot has shifted back even when like this was 2020, the last time you were on the show and now it's 2024. So let's just start off real quick. I want to set an intention for the show. What is one word you want to give yourself?

HOLLA (00:28.782)

it.

HOLLA (00:34.414)

They're crazy.

HOLLA (00:40.91)

Mmm.

Erin Diehl (00:47.441)

The Improvet Peeps. Anyone listening today?

HOLLA (00:51.726)

Word that is coming up for me is flow. Flow, less pressure and more flow in our lives. Who doesn't want a little more flow, right? Flow.

Erin Diehl (00:56.657)

Yaaaay!

Erin Diehl (01:01.521)

So I told you before we hit record, I was like, I needed you today in my life. I'm already feeling the flow. Okay. I'm already feeling the flow. So, all right, you're on the show in May. This show always has a theme every month and the theme this month is mindfulness. What does mindfulness mean to you?

HOLLA (01:10.03)

Me too. Yeah.

Mm -mm. Mm.

HOLLA (01:20.046)

Mm -hmm.

HOLLA (01:25.358)

Yo, being where your feet are. Being where your feet are, which is so hard for, I think, most human beings, especially if you are anything like me and you are a certified control freak seven days a week, baby. If you're with me on that, can I get a holla? Like, for real, like, you know what I mean? So, yeah, like, mindfulness to me is being where your feet are and deep.

Erin Diehl (01:27.857)

Mm -hmm.

Erin Diehl (01:45.425)

Holla!

HOLLA (01:54.734)

gratitude for it, even if it's the muck, even if it's something you don't like, someone standing in front of you and you're like, Ooh, this is a challenge. She's a challenge. Okay. God's source. Thank you for this lesson. What are we here to learn? Because you wouldn't have put me here.

Erin Diehl (01:56.497)

Mmm.

Erin Diehl (02:02.033)

Yeah.

HOLLA (02:17.646)

by accident, because it's purpose, because I'm purpose. So I think mindfulness is being where your feet are, being grateful for where your feet are, and those two things can get you pretty far in life.

Erin Diehl (02:29.905)

Oh my God, I love it. And you know what I did when you said that I took off? I'm not going to let you. I have on I have on a business mullet. I have on like a nice top and then I have on my my bedroom slippers. So I slipped off my. Yes, OK. Twins, OK, so I just took off my ratty Ugg slippers. OK, I took these off and I.

HOLLA (02:41.358)

Oh my God, look at what my shoes are!

HOLLA (02:50.638)

We both have our Coci. I'm holding up like fluffy Birkenstocks that are like called Arizona. They're slippers. I'm obsessed. Yes.

Erin Diehl (02:53.777)

Yes, yes. And they're very worn in and I love them. And these are also very worn in. And I took them off and I put my feet on the floor to be where my feet are because I needed to ground myself. Let's ground, let's ground. Okay.

HOLLA (03:03.854)

Oh, let me do that too. I should, yes, let's do it. And I'm where my booty is. I'm also gonna be, since we're sitting, I'm gonna be where my booty is too. Because I'm here, I don't need to look at my phone, she's on airplane mode, I've got my windows open, we've got a candle going, we've got the vibes, I'm good. Like this is the moment, and even before I come on the air with anyone, when I'm doing any sort of press.

Erin Diehl (03:21.201)

Yes!

HOLLA (03:26.766)

Or even backstage, I don't know if you do this at your keynotes and stuff, like before you go on stage, I think what you do in the moments before something new or something that may make you nervous is more almost important than the event itself. And I always kind of come into like right before I clicked on the Riverside, I was like, all right, give me what I need today. Like I'm prepared because I'm alive, I'm worthy because I'm born, right? So.

Erin Diehl (03:34.961)

Yeah.

Erin Diehl (03:46.961)

Yeah.

Erin Diehl (03:51.441)

Yes.

HOLLA (03:52.27)

Give me what I need today for the people that will be tuning in and see this episode and go, okay, click play. So if you have clicked, clicked play, you are meant to listen to this today because this is a divine interaction. Um, but I do, I just sort of pray. I pray over the ballrooms. Like I was just kind of like, you know, I was kind of blessed the space. I get in it tech check and I not only tech the check, but I'm like checking my own self, right? I'm making sure the room, um, feels aligned and I kind of just.

Erin Diehl (04:14.865)

Yes!

HOLLA (04:21.006)

set an intention before I go into any press or keynote and it's kind of helpful. So I love that you started that way.

Erin Diehl (04:27.889)

Okay, well also that was gonna be my next question. I love it. Like what is your mindfulness practice? And I love that so much. You've actually, so one of your favorite songs, which I know is Sia, Unstoppable, right? And I know that about you. And I will never forget this Judy, because of you, I feel like I intentionally intentionized my keynotes, my world that I'm in.

HOLLA (04:38.414)

I do love that song, yeah.

HOLLA (04:52.238)

Yeah.

Erin Diehl (04:53.873)

So I was on the way to one of the biggest keynotes I had to date last summer. And on top of that, I had a concussion, okay? Like, yeah, it was a moment. It was a moment. And in that morning, I was getting, I was doing my hair and makeup. It was a big event. I had like a panic attack. It was just a whole thing. Getting the Uber on the way to this keynote in New York City.

HOLLA (05:01.07)

Oh shoot!

HOLLA (05:05.742)

Wow.

HOLLA (05:14.062)

Yeah.

Erin Diehl (05:21.297)

and Sia Unstoppable comes on. And I was with a girlfriend and I said, this is a sign, Judy is with me, I am okay, I am okay. And it was just like such a good vibe moment, such a good intention. You give that to people, you share your intentions with us, you share that with your audience, you share it with your friends. And so I think it's so good that...

HOLLA (05:24.622)

Okay.

HOLLA (05:29.966)

Yes.

Y -yes.

Hmmmm

HOLLA (05:46.99)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (05:50.385)

You speak that truth to people so people have that moments where they need it. I needed that in that moment. I needed a sign to show me that I'm going to be okay. I'm gonna be fine.

HOLLA (05:51.022)

Yeah.

HOLLA (05:56.462)

Right.

HOLLA (06:00.462)

Yeah, and you know what I would add to that? Yes, I was with you, but you, it was a sign that you were with you. That's being where your feet are. That's mindfulness. I think there are confirmations of our purpose and the plan around us all the time, every day. Most of us don't listen to them. But if you can start to listen to the illuminations that constantly light up your life,

Erin Diehl (06:06.961)

Yeah, yeah.

Erin Diehl (06:12.401)

Yes. Yes.

Erin Diehl (06:18.865)

Totally.

HOLLA (06:27.854)

in the way of a song, a number, someone saying, you know what, you remind me of this gal on TV. You know what, you should, have you ever been on TV? Oh, wait, this is an example. Hey, you know what, have you ever considered TV? Like, so say for example, your dream is TV, but you're not telling anyone you want to be on TV. And all these confirmations continue to come up in these weird, wild ways. Those are all little signs. So you hearing that song is a confirmation that you are with you, that you are,

Erin Diehl (06:48.785)

Yes.

HOLLA (06:57.486)

You are in your purpose that you are, but like most, most of us miss that magic. Cause we're two, our noses in our phone.

Erin Diehl (07:03.089)

Hell yeah.

Totally, totally. And that's I I love the vibes that you share. I love the the energy you give the world you and I just I think both share a want and a desire to help the world be a better place and what I That's it. And here's what I want I and this is so fun to me because I know I told you this so many people the OG and private peeps who've listened to the show forever the first time you were on the show follow you.

HOLLA (07:19.758)

For sure. Leave it better than we found it. Let's go.

HOLLA (07:34.35)

What up fam?

Erin Diehl (07:35.377)

know you, right? Like now you're, and if you don't now you do. So tell me, tell the Improved Peeps, what has happened from that episode in 2020 to now May of 2024? Where has Judy gone? Where is she? Who is she becoming? Who is she today?

HOLLA (07:47.342)

Hmm.

HOLLA (07:55.15)

Mm, yes. I have come back home to myself.

Um.

I think there is a tendency to hang our hat as we're searching for who we want to become and what we want to do and what we want to say in this world. I think there's a tendency to hang our hat on things outside of us, to validate us, to make us worthy, whether it's a degree or an accolade or a relationship or the way we look or whatever that may be. And I believe that when something

comes from outside of you, it has an expiration date. But when something comes from so deeply inside your soul, and it is you and nothing but you and the self -expression of the human that you are, it will never expire. So I was hanging my hat on a lot of things outside of myself. And what a lot of people don't know, I mean, like a year ago,

Erin Diehl (08:51.505)

Yeah.

HOLLA (09:05.454)

And literally a year ago, well, a little over a year ago, January, 2023, I legit, and I was going to say it out loud because I think people need to see the train wreck to understand that sometimes we need to break down to break through. But I literally thought I was starting a sequin jacket line that was going to have the private label of house of Anne. Okay. What in, and then I was like, Oh, it's the disco ball. That's it. That's it. It's the disco ball. I'm going to do disco ball workshops and then I'll have this disco ball store and then.

I literally at one point and I am going to say this out loud and I shit you not pardon my language. I poop you not. Okay. I poop you not edit. Um.

Erin Diehl (09:45.809)

you

HOLLA (09:48.238)

I literally was like, here's what it's gonna be. It's gonna be the build a bear of sequin jackets. And I'm gonna create these stores. I kid you not. And you can go in and you can customize these sequin jackets. And then you could put your sayings and your mantra and all these things on your seat and like build a bear. But we're gonna be the build a bear of sequin. I don't even know what happened to me. Like I literally.

Erin Diehl (09:57.009)

Okay.

Erin Diehl (10:09.937)

Also, I remember you. We were like voice noting about the disco ball workshops. We were disco balling. We were doing it. We were doing it.

HOLLA (10:17.614)

Oh, yes. I was like, this is it. This is finally it. First it was the planner and then it was the, but I'm like, this is it. I've come home. I have found myself. This is what this is it. Right? They say on average, it takes an artist seven to 10 years to really find their voice. And when I, what I think they mean by that is that it takes artists seven to 10 years to really trust their voice.

Erin Diehl (10:23.665)

Hahaha!

Erin Diehl (10:32.849)

Yeah.

HOLLA (10:44.91)

and trust themselves. So if you think about it, yes, I've been speaking for well over a decade. And if you want to go back to the old school, 15 years old, I was doing speech meets. I was a baby keynote speaker where my friends were, I did pom poms too. We have that in common. I was a dancer. But like when my friends are playing volleyball and doing sports, I was like baby keynote speaker. So I think this has always been a dream in my bones. But, but all, all that to say, you know,

Erin Diehl (10:45.233)

Totally.

HOLLA (11:12.014)

we can get disconnected from the dream when we start listening to too many people outside of ourselves. And sometimes we need to take the journey is gonna take you down different roads. And I think sometimes it's okay to like, look for, I'm not trying to judge myself in my process because I think what I went through, while it can feel kind of embarrassing was also kind of awesome because it got me back home to myself. But I think that for me, that's the biggest difference is I've stopped latching.

and attaching my self worth to things outside of myself and I've come back home to myself in a way that feels really aligned. It's taken all the beautiful things I've learned in entrepreneurship, on the stage, in the improv theater, and as an artist and as a performer and positioned and packaged them in a way that is just truly, like truly who I am. And that is taking me a bit of a journey.

But it's it feels really good to be back home and to be hanging my hat on Something that is me and my only job today and right now is to self -express in all the ways that feel aligned With this verb. I was given by God the last name holler. I was born with I was given it on purpose so let's turn it into my purpose and go see what happens and

just to close the door on the sequined jackets. Nothing against a sequined jacket line and a clothing line and all of those things, but that's not the real talent. Like the gift is the gift and back to being an artist, it takes seven to 10 years to refine and find your voice. Yes, I've been speaking for 15 years, but really, truly, I only quit my job in corporate seven and a half years ago. So I am to give my, and keep in mind, three of those years, two of them for sure, we were.

deep in COVID. So we lost a few years. So it's kind of like, I'm also in this space of, you know what, give yourself some grace holler. You're out there playing, you're out there learning, you're out there growing, you're out there trying new things and you're not afraid to spit it. You're not afraid to do it publicly. Great, keep moving. And all of that, from sequin jackets to improv, to planners, to workbooks, to my first book, to the stages, to the outfits, to the looks.

Erin Diehl (13:01.233)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (13:06.737)

Yes!

Erin Diehl (13:15.345)

now.

HOLLA (13:26.35)

It's all brought me back home to myself. And the most important question I asked to get here was what was eight -year -old Judy doing? What was I doing when I was eight to 10 years old before the world told me to shut up and sit down and that it wasn't good enough or it wasn't cool enough or people started making fun of you? That was the question that woke this up.

Erin Diehl (13:48.945)

I love it.

HOLLA (13:52.686)

That was a dissertation, I'm sweating. I kinda like went all over the place there.

Erin Diehl (13:52.817)

Holler remix. Yes, no, you need, no, we need somebody hand her a water bottle, cause that was pure magic. Okay, that was amazing. Okay, so I have to break that down. There's so many things. First of all, you know, we were like joking, hyping up the sequined jacket and the crystal ball, but like, here's the deal. You did it with conviction. At the time you were doing it, I know you, I was like, go Judy! You know, there was no.

HOLLA (13:59.47)

Let me take a drink here, I got the...

HOLLA (14:19.854)

She got it.

Erin Diehl (14:20.817)

There was no like doubt. I was like, that's her. Yes. Like, you know, it wasn't like I was thinking it was going to fail.

HOLLA (14:26.126)

And I would have done it if, and I would have done it great if that was the path, but it wasn't the path. I had put my ladder up against the wrong house. That was the wrong house.

Erin Diehl (14:30.673)

Exactly, exactly, exactly. And that's okay. And that's okay. But so know that while you were going through that, even though you're like, I'm not gonna hit him, from the outside looking in, like we were clapping, we were like, go Judy, go. And it just didn't feel right inside the house, right? We're like passing, we're walking by the house. We're like, oh, that's curb appeal. That looks great. But inside the house was a little different, right? So also I love.

HOLLA (14:44.59)

Yes.

HOLLA (14:48.206)

inside of mine.

HOLLA (14:54.318)

Yes, I love this analogy.

Erin Diehl (15:00.593)

the fricking eight year old Judy, okay? Because yes, I am, okay? Just to lament, not to make it about me, but to lament.

HOLLA (15:09.774)

No, I was gonna ask you, what were you doing when you were eight? Like, I wanna know. And is...

Erin Diehl (15:12.721)

No! Well, this is like right now because I did exactly what my book says not to do. I burnt myself out during this burp tour. Like I literally hit a wall.

HOLLA (15:20.558)

Yeah.

HOLLA (15:23.982)

It was the season though. Launching is a season. It's a season. Yeah, it's tough.

Erin Diehl (15:28.945)

Well, and it was really hard. And so I now know my mojo. The season I'm in now is rejuvenation. Rejuve, get myself back. And so I was talking with my Reiki master slash energy healer and she was like, all I'm hearing.

HOLLA (15:37.326)

Yes, babe.

HOLLA (15:42.766)

Oh my God, I love that you have an energy healer, a Reiki master, same girl, you would love the desert woo woo, same, give me every healer, give me every crystal, give me every healer, give me every, like, yes, I'm here for it.

Erin Diehl (15:47.697)

I know, I do, I'm coming to see you. Yes, yes. Okay, so she was like, Erin, you need to get pictures of yourself when you were younger and you need to do what she loves to do right now. Like that is what I'm hearing this call back to your childhood you and it's funny because my parents, I never, the house they're moving out of, they're moving.

I've never lived in that house, but I have to go get all of their stuff, my stuff there. They're like, literally you either take it with you or we're throwing it away. And so I'm actually excited to get my pictures and put them in my room and look at them and see eight year old me and try to make her happy right now. So I love that that's what you went to and that's how you landed here.

HOLLA (16:24.59)

Yes, go get them.

Yeah.

HOLLA (16:37.39)

That's how we landed here. Like that was the first exercise I did. And I was like, is she anywhere in my life? Is she in my business? Like where is she? So now, I mean, little Judith, little lowercase J, she's at every board table. She makes every, she's in every meeting. She's like, I'm like, is little Judith gonna like it? Right?

Erin Diehl (16:45.969)

Yeah.

Erin Diehl (16:51.825)

Mmm. Mmm.

That's right.

Erin Diehl (17:00.689)

Yes!

HOLLA (17:01.166)

this little Judy booty, fresh and fruity, that was my nickname. Like, is she gonna like it? Is booty at the table here? Because if she's gonna like it, it's probably aligned. And paired with that, I got a really incredible, one of the things that I think has been my secret weapon over the years, and it could be a blessing and a curse, because you need people that understand. So I'm a keynote speaker by trait. Like, that's my business, that's how I make my money.

Erin Diehl (17:03.761)

Love it.

Erin Diehl (17:25.745)

Yes.

HOLLA (17:27.086)

Author keynote speaker, we have this in common. And so you need people that understand the keynote speaking business to help you position and package to people that buy keynotes. So that is a helpful eye to have on your business. But I think one of my secret weapons has always been bringing people from the outside in. So I have a lot of like, the people who have really helped me design my brand are in fashion. I have graffiti artists, I have rappers, I have musicians and producers, tap dancers, like.

Erin Diehl (17:48.593)

Yes.

HOLLA (17:54.094)

What I follow and what I consume is so outside of the world of keynote speaking, because I can catch really creative stuff and apply that to the business of keynote speaking in my message and whatever. So the reason I share that is I actually, the eight -year -old Judy conversation, being in the desert, waking up, working with the healers, finally is doing a little bit of surrender and healing past trauma stuff. Like you got to work through the dark muck.

Erin Diehl (18:04.785)

Yes.

HOLLA (18:21.198)

paired with meeting someone creatively that was just so like one of my earth angels. I have a lot of earth angels. I think we all do. But she and even the story and how I found her is certainly of another dimension. But she sort of intersected with my life at this beautiful time and we're sitting right here in the office where I'm recording, which now is holler at your dreams and graffiti all over the place. Such a different vibe than it was a year ago. And she looks at me and we're just talking and where she's.

Erin Diehl (18:44.529)

Love it.

HOLLA (18:50.926)

asking me about my eight year old Judy homework and all the things that I learned and discovered. So she goes, she like sits back in this chair in this couch that I'm sitting on and she looks at me and she goes, hold on, this was like late March of last year. And she goes, hold on. So you mean to tell me you, you know, write this music, you have notebook and notebook and notebook of poetry, you.

We used to win storytelling and poetry competitions and win like gold ribbons all over the Midwest, regional competitions for memorizing monologues of poetry and performance. And you make music and you have been hiding this and your last name is Holler, God given, and you're a professional speaker and you wanted to be on MTV. Like, why are we making a sequin jacket line? Cause that's why I...

brought her on. I was like, oh, she knows fashion. She's going to help me do this. And then I'm going to speak on the side. But this is really my calling. She's like, Judy, this is cute. Like, I appreciate your sequin jacket vibe. But babe, you're on another stratosphere. This is something bigger. There's a different plan and a different talent. And I love you. And the fashion game is fun, but it is a beast. And it's expensive. And we will be you already have a gift and a talent. And what if

Erin Diehl (19:58.737)

Yes.

HOLLA (20:14.062)

What if we just built this? What if we woke up this and I'm pointing at the holler that's on my wall? What if we...

Erin Diehl (20:17.777)

Yes.

HOLLA (20:26.414)

started hollering at this verb and helped other people because if you think about my book and you think of from Fear is My Homeway to the new one that I'm working on, the essence of my message and everything I learned in improv, the essence is still like, it's still a conversation about facing fear. Brave action every day. This is the essence of being the verb in your life. It is scary to be the verb in your life. We are still talking about fear. We are just.

Erin Diehl (20:33.297)

Thank you.

Erin Diehl (20:42.705)

Yes.

HOLLA (20:53.55)

doing it in a way that feels more hollified and more me and more.

Erin Diehl (20:56.017)

Yes. Yes.

HOLLA (21:00.622)

edgy and good witchy and just cool and dope classic, you know, and just involves music and movement and all the things, mixtapes and records and...

Conscious rap and all the things that I've been dreaming about for years and too scared to speak about so why not start speaking about it at the age of 47 to show everyone else listening and watching that they can too and if I can if I can Transform my life and step into my truth at the age of 47 years old You can pick up the phone and make the sales call you can step on stage. You can set boundaries You can write your book you can start the podcast you can start pitching you can get to the gym. You can lift those weights

Erin Diehl (21:31.473)

No, no.

HOLLA (21:41.39)

Do you see what I'm saying?

Erin Diehl (21:42.961)

I see it. I'm like, amen -ing. Yes, I am the choir. I am the amen. I am the hallelujah. Yes. Yes. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. This is amazing. Okay. So this is what I want to give our audience. I want you to tell them right now, what is...

HOLLA (21:46.798)

I am like, hallelujah, baby, hallelujah. It's yeah, I mean, seriously, it's hallelujah. I mean, this is like church. This is the holy flow that I feel called to.

Erin Diehl (22:06.257)

If they are sitting here listening, they're fired up, their booties touch in the ground, their booties ready to go, they're grounded, but they don't know where to start. What is one action item they could do today? What is one thing today that they could do to take that step?

HOLLA (22:15.246)

Hmm.

HOLLA (22:21.998)

Today, get out a notebook, get the best thing you could do today. If you were listening, you were gonna get out a blank notebook. You were gonna light a candle. You were gonna catch a vibe. You were gonna get into a cozy little space and you were gonna start to, before you pick up the phone and start interviewing people in your family, you're gonna start writing a riff list on you at eight years old. You between eight and 10, before the world gets a hold of you. This is who we really are in our soul, because we're not afraid.

Erin Diehl (22:31.249)

Mm -hmm.

Erin Diehl (22:44.209)

Hmm.

HOLLA (22:49.774)

We are literally like, let's go. You have kids, you know, go watch a five year old. They're the best improvisers on the planet. They are it. It's the best. So who were you at eight? And what I had to do is I started my riff, but then I had to phone a friend. I was like, okay, mom, okay, dad, okay, brother, okay, aunt, what do you remember about me as a kid? And then you, so.

Erin Diehl (22:52.817)

Dude, yes.

HOLLA (23:10.19)

Step one is do your own internal riff. Get a candle going, catch a vibe, put on some Holy Flow. We should link up to my Holy Flow playlist here in the show notes. Put on some Tony Jones. Eventually you'll be listening to Judy Hall or album dropping soon.

Erin Diehl (23:17.905)

Yes, okay, please give it to us. Yes. Tony Jones is my new fave because of you.

HOLLA (23:25.582)

Literally, go put on this Holy Flow playlist, light a candle, catch a vibe, get a notebook, start thinking about you between eight and 10. Then step two is go interview your family, see what else you can collect, and then look for themes. And is that anywhere in your life now? And if not, could we start waking that up? Even if it's not in the form of monetizing it, what if it's a hobby? What is a hobby or something you could start bringing into your life? Because what I know to be true is that people who are proactive in this way, that really

tap into who they are as a human being at their soul level, whether it's monetized or not. This doesn't have to be how you make your living, but I'm just tying it to entrepreneurship. But people who do this are happy, healthy, fulfilled. They are the people changing the world. Don't we want those people at our board tables, in our boardrooms, on our teams, in our companies? So let's go get more happy, healthy, fulfilled people. Like, let's pour into our people, because then we change humanity.

Erin Diehl (24:12.945)

Yes.

HOLLA (24:23.95)

Because if we can shift the human, we shift humanity. And I don't know about you, but the world feels pretty dark. So if we can start lightening up.

Erin Diehl (24:24.081)

Yes!

Erin Diehl (24:31.121)

Yes.

HOLLA (24:33.71)

our lives personally, you know, then we start to change our world, which changes the world. So essentially what we're doing is freaking changing humanity by hollering at our dreams and motivating people to improve it and to fail faster and to yes, and their way into whatever, right? Like you and I have such similar mantras. So we're really Erin, like literally changing humanity every time we change ourselves. Isn't that cool to think about?

Erin Diehl (24:33.873)

for you.

Erin Diehl (24:52.977)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (24:59.409)

Yes. And let me just say this, right? So you and I have known each other for a really long time. Like probably I started my business. Yes. Okay. So like seven years ish, seven years, right?

HOLLA (25:08.27)

2017, 2017, 2016.

Yeah, kind of the whole beginning of like me right before I quit my job, like I was introduced to you. So it's like 2015, 2016.

Erin Diehl (25:18.801)

Yes. And I was like two years in Improve It and that like it was, I just remember meeting you. And I, the thing that I love about you is that you are the same in every space that you enter. You are you to who? Yes. So even if I'm like having a morning and I'm on a run and I'm like, man, I'm just feeling down. And I'm like looking at my podcast saves and I'm like, you know what? I need a little Judy today.

HOLLA (25:34.35)

Mmm. What a compliment.

HOLLA (25:47.086)

Ha ha.

Erin Diehl (25:47.697)

You're the same there as you are over a text message, as you are over a voice note, as you are here. And I think, I think you knew eight -year -old Judy a long time ago. I think what you have done is had the courage to face the muck to get back to her.

HOLLA (25:59.918)

Oh yeah. Yes. You bet. Isn't that interesting? The concept of book number one had to almost be retaught to the author of that book, because I had to relearn how to make fear my homeboy because I was too afraid that I was going to be judged, canceled, hated on. I mean, COVID, cancel culture, like all that kind of took me down. I just became frozen because I was so afraid to be myself and to be who I am. And.

Erin Diehl (26:08.049)

Okay.

Erin Diehl (26:12.913)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (26:22.929)

Yeah.

HOLLA (26:28.782)

All of that, and I think there's so many people that can relate to that, but you're 100 % right. Like, I have always, if I lay with myself in my dreams and I really am honest with myself, yeah, I'm like, I know these dreams. Because like, let's be clear, dreams and goals are very different. Goals can change. Goals can change as you change. Like, I don't know about you, but...

Erin Diehl (26:47.729)

Yeah.

HOLLA (26:53.806)

In January of 2020, I'm sure we all had a bunch of goals, February of 2020, we had a bunch of goals, March 2020 comes and all those goals have poof, gone. But, because they're fleeting, they're ever changing, they're sometimes circumstantial based on the environment and what's going on in the world and in your life and in your health and in everything, right? There's gonna be seasons, okay? But dreams?

Erin Diehl (27:18.833)

Totally.

Erin Diehl (27:22.609)

they don't die.

HOLLA (27:23.15)

Dreams keep you up at night. Dreams dance with you every day. They are constantly tugging. They're those little internal nudges in your soul that only you know. Like those dreams. But most of us are like, I could never.

Erin Diehl (27:26.097)

Mm -hmm.

Erin Diehl (27:39.089)

Yeah.

HOLLA (27:45.038)

Or the dream is so big that we don't know where to start so we don't start because if you're a certified control freak seven days a week, what I go is, oh, I want to write a book and then I think about the 8 ,000 things required to write a book so I don't even do step one of the 8 ,000 things. All you need to do is get clear on what your dream is and then what is one brave action I could take today? This week, just even start with this week. What is one thing?

Erin Diehl (27:57.073)

I don't know. I don't know.

Erin Diehl (28:08.528)

I love it.

HOLLA (28:11.118)

on the list that's gonna move me and are my activities on my calendar today or is the majority of the activities on my calendar this week moving me in the direction of my dream or further away? Like is this scrolling I'm doing because I'm, is this proving me direct closer to my dream or further away from my dream? Are the books I'm reading, is the music I'm listening to, are the people I'm hanging out with, are the yeses to press in interviews the right yeses, right? Like are the,

So I don't think, I think we just, dreams and goals are different. And if we could keep our calendars clean so those dreams can be seen, and we just take one brave step every day, if you can, every week at minimum into the direction of it, you just start taking stuff off the list. Start taking it off the list, you know? Because it's all possible. Just somebody moves and somebody doesn't.

Erin Diehl (28:50.801)

Hmm.

Erin Diehl (28:55.665)

Good.

Erin Diehl (29:00.401)

Yes. Yes. I like... Yes.

HOLLA (29:07.182)

Like the person you're looking at that you're like, oh my God, her life, like how is she on stage? How is she doing these things? How does she have this? How do you, you're like, well, one of, there's a different, there's one difference. One has a high tolerance for pain and is moving and failing and moving and failing. Hello, fail, fail, fail faster. And then one of them is overthinking and doubting and asking too many people for their opinions and questioning and controlling and micromanaging and negative self -talking.

Erin Diehl (29:19.281)

Yep.

Erin Diehl (29:35.025)

Oh my God, Jids, I know what you're saying. I would too, and a thousand percent, and I, okay, I wanna take two steps back because I can't gloss over this. Keep your calendar clean so your dreams can be seen.

HOLLA (29:36.622)

Do you know what I'm saying? I'd rather be on that other side. Even if I don't believe it.

HOLLA (29:51.246)

I keep my calendar clean so my dreams can be seen. So I turn my life into a dream machine. It's some bars I wrote for a song. And I'm like, that's the vibe. I keep it clean so my dreams can be seen. Because, okay, so here, let me expand on that real quick. As I clear my little cough, we can edit that little buddy out. But you gotta listen to this. This one's big. So I just wrote this.

Erin Diehl (29:53.457)

can be seen.

Erin Diehl (30:06.257)

Yes.

HOLLA (30:18.51)

If you look at your calendar this week at a glance, can you see your dreams? Not your goals, which are fleeting and ever -changing, but I'm talking about your dreams, those internal nudges, only you know whispering into your soul, that's where I want to go. In other words, if you dream of writing a book, do you see writing time? If you dream of a fit...

body, do you see gym time? If you dream of wealth, do you see sales activities? If you dream of golfing, do you see tea times? If you dream of romance, do you see date nights? If you dream of inner peace, do you see meditation time? If you dream of balance, do you see a day off? If you dream of dancing, do you see classes? Right? So the essence of it is that, like, keep your calendar clean.

Erin Diehl (31:04.017)

Mmm.

HOLLA (31:06.062)

and make sure those dreams can be seen. Because if you don't do that, everybody else's priorities will continue to become yours. And, you know, you know.

Erin Diehl (31:09.105)

high limit.

Erin Diehl (31:13.873)

Yes. That is so beautiful. And I feel like I saw either that was a newsletter you had or a social post.

HOLLA (31:22.478)

It was just a post. I think I just put it on LinkedIn and Instagram only so far.

Erin Diehl (31:25.969)

I was like, yes, and you should make that a newsletter. People need that. That is such good information. It's such a good reminder. It's such a good, just as I'm talking about my own burnout right now, like a reminder of how to stay in the flow, like your intention, how to stay in the flow, how to be in flow. And I know what it feels like to resist that flow and that resistance comes when I feel like my time is being taken advantage of.

HOLLA (31:33.614)

Yeah.

HOLLA (31:38.35)

Yeah, I feel you.

The word.

HOLLA (31:48.782)

Mm -hmm.

HOLLA (31:54.318)

Yes, yes, and sometimes that's self -induced. And you're a mom, you know, and you're a mom and a wife and a business owner, you've got a team. So you think of all the directions we're pulled in and I think, you know, listen, I am a stepparent, I don't have small children of my own, so.

Erin Diehl (31:56.337)

That's it.

Yes, yes.

HOLLA (32:10.318)

You know, I say this as an ally, but a bit of an outsider, but I have tons of friends who have gone through it. I think moms are the hardest on themselves because you've got these little people. So the guilt and the shame and, oh my God, I could never, and this is so selfish. And then the judgments of the other moms. Moms can be so mean and women can be so mean to other women. I think if there's something you can shut down right now that will improve the quality of your life immediately is gossip.

Erin Diehl (32:19.825)

Dead.

Erin Diehl (32:29.777)

Tell me.

Yeah.

HOLLA (32:40.302)

I will no longer tolerate friend circles, brunches, conversations that involve gossip in any way, shape or form because it is words or wants. So what spells are you casting in response to your conversations? I wanna be in rooms with women and at tables with women who are like, have you seen her? Oh my God, because she can, I can. And it doesn't mean that we're not gonna have a safe person in our life that we need to vent to. People are gonna hurt us. We're gonna come across people who are poopy.

Erin Diehl (32:49.617)

Yes.

Yes, Judy.

HOLLA (33:10.126)

and are not good people, okay? So we need people to vent to.

Erin Diehl (33:13.585)

love it you can swear judy i want you to be be full on judy don't give me the poopy yeah give me the jutes yeah

HOLLA (33:17.262)

We're gonna come, okay, we're gonna come across people who suck and they're shitty to us, okay? But this is why you have a spouse, and this is why you have people that are like, you're bestie from 18, and it's more just like, do you have, and I'm starting to ask permission. Hey Jodie, best friend from 18 years old, do you have energetic space for me to vent? Because I need to vent. And if you don't have it now, instead of me just calling her and riffing, do you have?

Erin Diehl (33:25.137)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (33:40.081)

Good. Good.

HOLLA (33:44.878)

when can I call you? Because I need, but can you hold this? Can you hold this? I'm scared, I'm hurt, I'm struggling. And I do this with some of my speaker friends who maybe I'm nervous or I'm frustrated, like Erin, right? We'll call each other. And if I know I really need to like draw something heavy, I'm gonna be like, hey, let me know when you've got space, cause I need to talk, right? About something that's, and so then it feels like, hey, I'm in collaboration with you on sorting out this feeling versus.

Erin Diehl (34:03.313)

Yeah.

HOLLA (34:09.87)

Have you heard or oh my God, did you know she? And I just, I can't be in that shit anymore. I don't wanna be in that muck. Cause you know, I really believe we cast spells with our words, what we listen to, what we take in. Like I had to stop true crime, like all that stuff. Because I'm like, okay, if I'm casting spells with what I say, if words are wands, really, you know, what am I saying?

Erin Diehl (34:11.857)

Mm -hmm.

Erin Diehl (34:15.697)

No.

Erin Diehl (34:26.769)

Yeah.

HOLLA (34:37.614)

to my life to source to God with what I'm listening to. You know, even some of my old school like 90s hip hop, I'm like, ooh, it's almost hard to listen to anymore because I'm so elevated. My mind isn't too conscious of a place. I'm too protective of this flow that I know is gonna get me to where I wanna go, you know?

Erin Diehl (34:39.089)

Yeah.

Erin Diehl (34:43.889)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (34:49.265)

Yes. Yes.

You're in the 5D, Judy. Yes, the flow that is gonna get you to where you wanna go. Yes, I'm here for that. But I also feel like this is like, and you know, I think this is funny because we, again, we've known each other for so long, but I do see a progression of myself spiritually. Like I've definitely enhanced myself in that area and I feel a higher conscious.

HOLLA (34:59.118)

A flow, I'm trying to come back. It's the improv callback. I'm trying to call back, you know, just like, I'm just here for a little callback.

HOLLA (35:17.998)

Big time. I noticed that in you. I love it.

Erin Diehl (35:23.025)

but I also see it in you. Like you also, you, that was my hiding. That was something I hid from the world for a long time. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.

HOLLA (35:30.382)

Oh, me too, my faith, like having a faith, like believing in God, saying you pray. Are you kidding me? I'm like, none of this is, we are God. We are God because we are born. And I'm now hollering about that a little louder. I'm not a very like organized religion person, but oh my gosh, I believe in God. I believe we should all have something spiritual. And you're right, Erin, we have that in common. I hid that for a minute because I was like.

Erin Diehl (35:41.873)

Exactly.

Me neither. Yeah. Yes. Yes.

Erin Diehl (35:54.065)

I did too. And I, but is what I'm saying is I think what I see also in this evolution is because of that higher consciousness, because you have allowed yourself to be there, talk about it, be it. You're just not allowing yourself to go back into the lower vibe, the lower consciousness. You're living at a 5D level versus this 3D level. And what that's doing, it's just...

allowing you to shine and to grow and to nurture that inner child, that inner Judy Booty even more because you've done so much work. Yeah, but you've done the work, like I feel like it and the work is seen in your work, you know, which I think is the most beautiful thing. It's so great.

HOLLA (36:28.302)

Yes. The fact that you're even saying booty is so fun. Yes.

HOLLA (36:39.214)

Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. And, and be clear. I have days, ask my husband, where I dip out of 5D, I dip out of 3D, I go into like the dark dungeons of despair and self doubt and self loathing. And oh my God, why me? And oh my God, it's taken too long and it's never going to work and no one's going to hire me and it's all over. And

Erin Diehl (36:46.513)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (36:54.289)

Uh huh, uh huh, uh huh, uh huh.

Erin Diehl (37:00.497)

Ha ha!

HOLLA (37:06.99)

I'm just trash and oh my God, like, right? Like I get there, but now I know better. I'm like, ooh, that's the devil's way of trying to distract me, number one, cause doubt is a really cool tool. Fear, all the stuff that comes from something dark and fear is one of those things. Doubt's one of those things. That's just a way to distract you from the real work. Well, I just can't get myself, I just don't, like I can feel it.

Erin Diehl (37:10.961)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (37:15.153)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (37:26.961)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (37:31.185)

Yes.

HOLLA (37:35.982)

but I know I am not it. Like I may feel fear, but I'm not fear itself. Like I may feel doubt, but I am not doubt. I may feel like stuck, but I am not stuckness itself. Right? So it's like you're trying to separate myself and just like, again, getting the right people around you, cause that do not allow you to bullshit yourself is also very important.

Erin Diehl (37:38.065)

That's it. That's it.

Erin Diehl (37:51.857)

That's it. Yeah.

Erin Diehl (38:03.569)

Yes, yes. And, you know, the husband situation, right? Like my husband also sees it all. And they, and exactly. We need those people who know us to check us. We need those people who have seen us at our darkest hours to give us those reality checks. Those are the people you want in your circle and you have that in your circle. And you're speaking about it. You're rapping about it. You're...

HOLLA (38:07.886)

Yeah, he'll check me.

HOLLA (38:17.71)

Yes.

HOLLA (38:24.462)

Yeah. Yeah.

Erin Diehl (38:30.129)

getting on stage and on microphones talking about it. And that I think is so relatable. It's so vulnerable. It's so raw. And that is freaking awesome.

HOLLA (38:41.614)

It's so terrifying and so exciting. I don't know what's gonna happen, but coming to an album near you soon. But I mean, I got like, but I like literally like the first time I stepped into the studio, which was so wild, Erin, I gotta tell you this. So I'm in the studio and I record up here, my producers, the fact that I even like saying these words is so.

Erin Diehl (38:44.625)

It's... yes! Yes!

Erin Diehl (38:51.345)

Yes!

HOLLA (39:03.278)

funny to me. Like I'm like, oh yeah, so my producer lives up in Santa Fe, Albuquerque. So he's up in New Mexico, but he has a, he comes here. We have a studio here in Arizona and there's a lot of like DMX did eight of his albums at the place I record here. So anyway, we're in the studio the third time, just a few weeks ago and we were literally running over. We were supposed to end at 6 PM cause I kind of get out cause you know, it gets real.

Erin Diehl (39:13.649)

So crazy.

HOLLA (39:26.222)

Energy changes in the studio. There's five, after 6 p .m. the sun starts to go down, Holler's gotta go, you know what I mean? So anyway, it's about six o 'clock and all of a sudden I'm like, the owner of the studio comes in, he's like, hey, you guys almost done? We got the next group coming in, we're like, oh yeah, sorry, there's five studios, but they're always booked. Anyway, we're running over, we're like, okay, cool, we finish, finish.

Erin Diehl (39:32.337)

Ah, yeah.

HOLLA (39:45.966)

Click sign, we grab our stuff and we're walking out and outside is Kodak Black. And literally his whole, I don't know if anybody knows who Kodak Black is, but he's a rapper. His music's not really my vibe, but he's a very famous rapper. And I'm like, did we just have Kodak Black waiting on us? Like, Judy Haller, I'm in here writing motivational rap. You know what I mean? Like, and Kodak Black, like what is my life right now? So again, it's so much fun.

but I get into the studio the first time with Diles, who my producer's name is Diles. And can we just have this conversation? He comes, he's not, Colin, like it's Colin Diles is his middle name. His middle name, first name is Colin, but he goes by Diles, his middle name. He was given the middle name Diles, okay, like turn up the Diles on a keyboard, all this stuff, right?

Erin Diehl (40:16.561)

Yes. Is that his real name? Wait, it's his real name. God get... Okay. Okay.

Erin Diehl (40:33.489)

Yeah.

HOLLA (40:33.71)

But he goes, Judy, so we meet and we get meet, you know, I was interviewing producers and we get introduced from friends to friends to friends. So we finally get on the phone and like, we just hit it off like spiritually. Like there was just like a doubt. I was like, this guy, you could feel it. He goes, you know what? I got to tell you something. He's like, what? He goes, do you know what dials is Spanish for? He's like, do you know Spanish? I go, don't. He goes, dials is Spanish for tell them, tell them. So here is holler and tell them.

Erin Diehl (40:44.593)

Yeah.

HOLLA (41:01.55)

sort of finding this intersection to each other. And we both have this moment and he wants to really, you know, be a part of the conscious movement of elevating your words or wants. And if Einstein said over a hundred years ago that the medicine of the future is going to, he literally quoted Albert Einstein, the medicine of the future will be frequency.

Erin Diehl (41:04.433)

Yeah.

Erin Diehl (41:12.113)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (41:26.033)

Mmm. Mm -hmm. Mm -hmm. Mm.

HOLLA (41:27.566)

So let me, as we think of May and mindfulness and flow and all the things you write about in your book and you have on your podcast from a content perspective, if the medicine of the future, if we can heal the world through frequency, sign me up. Let me be a part of that. Let me use these words and these gifts and this flow.

Erin Diehl (41:49.937)

Yes.

HOLLA (41:53.774)

And this, this talent and this gift God gave me and this verb I was born with to be a part of that movement. Let's go. Do I know where it's going to go? No. Will it work? Maybe. But boy, I can't, I can't stop thinking about it. It's a dream. So every week we just holler at it. We just holler at it and we'll see what happens. But yeah, as we think about mindfulness and we, we let that be the theme this year or this month rather.

Erin Diehl (42:05.233)

It will. It's going to.

HOLLA (42:20.238)

You know, frequency is a big part of that. So what are you listening to? Who are you listening to? What are you participating in? What are you reading? What are you watching? This all impacts flow. And it's very, very important because it's a frequency. That's all we are, energetic beings.

Erin Diehl (42:22.385)

Mmm. Mmm.

Erin Diehl (42:32.977)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (42:37.617)

That's it, in human bodies. Okay, I could talk to you for 800 years. It's too good. And you just brought it full circle, which is what a brilliant Kino speaker, raptress, artist would do. So I don't want it to end, but I feel like I have to ask you the final question. Okay, so we say it and prove it, that it is that it that you were put here to do. I feel like you've already shared with us, but if you could say.

HOLLA (42:40.686)

I mean, it's too much. It's too good.

HOLLA (42:55.726)

Oh yes!

Erin Diehl (43:06.161)

in two to three sentences, Judy hollers it. Judith hollers it. Little Judy hollers it. Let's change that up. Little booty, let's talk about what's little booty's it.

HOLLA (43:10.926)

Mmm. Yeah. Lil' booty.

HOLLA (43:20.462)

My it is that, Amit, I need nothing outside of myself to validate me and my dreams. I am worthy to be seen and heard, and I am gonna continue to be this verb that I was born with to show other people that they can too, right? So my it is that.

to be it and to be the verb and to trust the timing, the timing of my life. And that will involve the stage and that will involve continuing to speak in books and music and it may reposition and retorque itself throughout the years, but I wanna be a part of the conscious movement of people shifting frequency on this planet and in this world.

Erin Diehl (43:59.025)

Mmm, so good.

HOLLA (44:19.566)

with their words because we can't be what we don't see.

Erin Diehl (44:22.609)

Oh my God. Well, you are that. You are that. So thank you for giving us your it. I'm so glad you were here. I feel like this was just an easy flow. I could talk to you for like two hours and I'm sure the pates could listen. Oh my God. Tell anybody, everybody where they can find you all the things. How did they connect with Judith's booty holler?

HOLLA (44:26.126)

Thank you. Thank you.

HOLLA (44:39.278)

too good.

HOLLA (44:45.134)

all the things.

Judith booty holler. Well, I could tell you Instagram is my favorite place to hang out. And it's Judy with an I holler, the verb, pretty easy to remember. My goodness, everything will be in the show notes, my website, my LinkedIn. And then you listen, this is airing in May, Erin. So if there's anyone listening, we'll likely be in an active and probably my final one as things, because we're gonna, I don't know, I've got some.

Erin Diehl (44:53.041)

Yes.

HOLLA (45:12.718)

but we'll probably be in an active launch for speaker school. So if anybody is wanting or dreaming about the business, I just think there is a perception out there in the world that only washed, someone said this to me the other day, only washed up speakers or people who aren't busy have speaker courses. And somebody said to me, oh, this is hurting you. And I go, it is exact, that right there, that right, that I know I am twitching telling you this. So,

Erin Diehl (45:15.953)

Oh, yes.

Erin Diehl (45:37.233)

You see my face? Nobody can see my face. I'm giving the stink face.

HOLLA (45:42.318)

We could be, but the reason I say that is like, that is exactly why I made Speaker School, because there's a few of us that are active speakers, that are actually on stage, that have been paid multiple five -figure fees, that do know what we are doing, that need to jump in and help, because there is a lot of noise out there, so I'm one of those people. So I'm like, I am not gonna allow her limiting belief. It's kind of in my head, like people aren't gonna work with you because you have this course, and I'm like.

Erin Diehl (45:49.745)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (45:56.657)

Yes!

HOLLA (46:06.446)

What? Because I'm giving back. Anyway, we've got hundreds of people in this community and it's amazing. And we're probably going to be a launch when this airs. So if you put in Judy, J -U -D -I, you'll get $500 off. Speaker school for your listeners and just, you know, Erin, I mean, I just, I just, I had to share that because I think people can come into our universe and say things to us that are almost like meant to rattle us. And I'm like, why would someone say that to me? But I also believe that when you believe in your work and you know,

Erin Diehl (46:17.617)

Yes.

HOLLA (46:35.47)

You just got to drown out some of that noise. So Speaker School is the vibe and we might be in launch. So come check that out. It's on my website.

Erin Diehl (46:40.433)

Check it out. We will link to it. We have a link. If my link still works, we'll link it. We'll link it to you. Yes. Okay. And then here's the other thing, Judy. We're gonna full circle moment real quick on that. You gave me some advice one time I'll never forget. I think you've even talked about it on this show. And I sent you, somebody commented on my book cover and they said, do you remember this? And I texted you and.

HOLLA (46:46.35)

Oh my God, please do. Yes, yes.

HOLLA (47:04.718)

Oh my god, save the story, this is good.

Erin Diehl (47:06.897)

And I sent you a text and I was like, somebody literally told me that it made them want to throw up. They literally told me that in an email and said like literally throw up. They repeated it and you sent me a voice note. You said, Erin, do you want to trade places with this person? If the answer is no, don't care. And then number two, is this person doing something with their life that you want to do?

HOLLA (47:11.406)

Throw up.

HOLLA (47:17.23)

Uh huh.

Erin Diehl (47:35.601)

And I said, are they in the arena with you? That's what you said. Are they in the arena? Are they on the field? And I was like, no. And you were like, forget it, let it go. So I'm regurgitating that to you. Yeah, cause you gave me that advice. Okay. Yeah. No.

HOLLA (47:37.614)

Are they on the field?

HOLLA (47:44.078)

Bye.

I needed this so bad.

Because that person is not in the arena and could never do what I do and is probably, yeah, Erin, see, you just gave it back to me and I love this full circle moment.

Erin Diehl (47:59.441)

Yes, I did. I just, hey, I just threw up what you told me and that lady can go throw up too. No, she, and you're not, and you're the opposite of all of it. And I...

HOLLA (48:04.718)

It's so true though, I'm like, what do you mean I'm a washed up speed? What the, who the hell? I'm like, if anything, let me be a voice to help the people and give them, like, don't you want to hear from people who are, the problem is it's hard because we do travel so much. So I only launch once a year because I only have the bandwidth, because the thing that makes the launch, the live launch, because it's always evergreen, but what makes live launch so dope is that it comes with a six month mastermind. So I bring in all my friends and the book publishers and all the peeps and you get this like.

Erin Diehl (48:20.081)

Yes. Yes.

Erin Diehl (48:30.097)

Yes.

HOLLA (48:33.166)

little master class, right? And I can do that once a month. If I can't give back to the future baby speakers of this world, and it feels so good to do it, like goodbye. Like, that's for me to decide and no one else. Sorry I'm going on that ramp, but if there's anyone, maybe I was meant to share this, because if there's anyone out there telling you, I think there's people that plant these little seeds, it's why I got so obsessed with the scared of cancel culture. There were people telling me.

Erin Diehl (48:34.321)

Yes.

Erin Diehl (48:42.096)

Oh my god. Yes. Yeah.

Erin Diehl (48:56.369)

Yes.

HOLLA (48:59.022)

some very scary things when all that was going down in 2020. And they planted these seeds that made me stuck in like quicksand for years. And now I can just sort of brush them off faster. I can be like, no, no, is she in the arena? Do I care? And you know, at the end of the day, am I proud of what I'm doing? Yes. And am I a good person? Yes. Goodbye. And is it helping hundreds of people? Yes. So goodbye. I'm going to keep moving. And Erin, thank you for giving that back to me.

Erin Diehl (49:22.353)

Yes. Yes. You needed to share that. Yes, because I needed to give you back your own advice and you're welcome. No, you're welcome. You are such a light to the world. You give, and I will genuinely say this. There is not another woman that I know who claps harder for other women than you. So you're welcome. Take that. Thank you. Well, good.

HOLLA (49:29.55)

Thank you, Erin.

HOLLA (49:34.446)

Thank you.

HOLLA (49:44.782)

Thank you. The feelings are mutual, my friend. I receive that.

Erin Diehl (49:51.025)

and you should because the world needs you. You're just such an abundant person. So much is gonna come your way because of that. So don't lose sight. You're welcome. I love you. Trust it. Okay. Trust, trust, improve it peeps. We're gonna call this what I could talk to. Judy and I are gonna talk forever after. Yes. Okay, follow Judy. Do all the things and know that your flow.

HOLLA (49:57.966)

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Trust the process. I love you too. Trust. Okay, friends.

We love you guys. Come say hi to me on Instagram. Let me know you listened.

Erin Diehl (50:19.473)

is changing the world.

HOLLA (50:21.358)

Back at you, babe.
